Join Hanne Sorensen exploring the quiet waterways and backroads of France on this 2 week adventure.  We’ve learned from experience that ladies love a combination of work and play and this is ideal!  We begin with 7 nights on a comfortable chartered barge,
cruising for 7 nights from Strasbourg to Nancy.  Days are spent biking through ancient Roman villages and verdant vineyards, with time to stop and be ‘in the moment’.  The locally produced Alsace wines will make the perfect accompaniment to our picnic lunches along the way.  
We spend our second week exploring Southern Provence – a delightful combination of walks and free time in small towns along ‘Van Gogh’s Walk’.  This second week will see us exploring Avignon, St. Remy, Maussane and Arles where warm welcomes await in the charming local hotels.

This tour is best suited for those who enjoy light biking and walking in the countryside.  Please pay particular attention to the elevation and timing on the walks and be sure to ask if you have any questions. We feel that these are entirely “doable” for anyone who walks or hikes regularly.
